	Hidden Springs Reservation / Cancellation Policies

	We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card or Money Order. (We do not accept checks) To guarantee a Reservation by phone, please provide us with a valid credit card and expiration date for a deposit in one of the following manners, no matter what method you will be using to pay for your stay with us: A full deposit is required for a Single Night's stay OR a 50% deposit is required for two or more night's or any of our package totals. Normally we ask for a minimum two night’s stay on seasonal weekends (May – October) and Special Event Weekends. However, we will be happy to take a one-night booking if we have a space available. All registered guests are financially responsible for any property damages and will be charged for repair or replacement costs if damages occur. If a credit card is on file, your card will charged accordingly. We have a 14 day cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is made 14 days PRIOR to the reservation date, we will happily refund your one night's deposit less a $25.00 booking charge. If a cancellation is made 14 days or less from the reservation date, the full amount of the booking will be forfeited--unless the room(s) can be rented for the entire reservation. A $25.00 booking charge will apply in the event of any cancellation. In case of an emergency, we will be happy to extend a Gift Certificate to you, if used within 60 days. In case of inclement weather, your deposit will be applied to a future stay. No refunds will be given for early departures or "no shows" Wedding Package cancellations will result in a $100.00 booking charge. Package Policy: No refunds will be given for items not used in packages and no discounts will be given on packages Special Discounts: A special discount of 10% (plus tax) is available to AARP (Sunday – Thursday only). We also offer extended stay discounts. When you stay with us four (or more) nights at "in season" prices, you will receive the fourth night and all additional nights at 20% off (plus tax). Our entire special discounts exclude Holidays or Special Event Weekends, and the entire month of October. Only one discount per visit may apply and cannot be combined with any additional promotional discount. Don't forget to ask us about our special off-season rates Sorry, but we can not accommodate pets or children Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted outside only. If smoking should occur in any room/cottage, there will be a charge of one single night’s standard rate plus any additional cleaning charges that may occur. If a credit card is on file, your card will charged accordingly. Portable Mini Beverage Cooler - Upon request a mini-cooler will be provided to you. If the cooler is not returned or damaged, you will be charged $25.00 on your on-file credit card for the replacement cost of the cooler. Preferred Check in time: 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. 	Wedding reservation and cancellation policy: All wedding bookings require a non-refundable $100.00 deposit
	Weddings only (without the stay) require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 at the time of booking, to reserve the date. Wedding Packages with ½ deposit (or paid in full) that are canceled at least 14 days or more BEFORE the package date, will receive a refund LESS the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Wedding reservations canceled WITHIN the 14 days or less cancellation period of the reserved package date, will be liable for the balance of the entire booking including the non-refundable cancellation deposit.

	Arkansas marriage license information
	Arkansas marriage licenses may be purchased (both parties/in person) in Eureka Springs at the Carroll County Courthouse downtown. The license is valid for a period of 60 days and the present cost is $60.00, CASH ONLY). Arkansas does NOT require blood tests or a waiting period, however, both parties need to know their Social Security number AND have a valid state issued ID (such as drivers license, passport or birth certificate) with them when they apply. For any additional information concerning marriage licenses, contact the County Clerk’s Office at 479-253-8646. Current Courthouse hours are: M-F 8:30 am – 4:00 pm AND SAT 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
